How waterproof are Clark Wallabees?

Is there a program in place at Clarks for sole replacement? They do, however, collaborate with Resole America, a national mail-order company which will rebuild your worn-out wallabees with brand spanking new plantation crepe soles shipped directly from the Clarks factory.
