Will Modge podge hold up in the rain?

To get the most out of your outdoor Mod Podge, use it on projects in a well-ventilated area. I recommend using a brush-on waterproof/UV sealer like this one if your project is constantly exposed to the elements, such as rain and sunlight.

Can you wash something with Mod Podge on it?

Line-dry the project after 72 hours of washing in cold water on the gentle cycle or by hand. For decorative items that don’t need to be washed frequently, Fabric Mod Podge® is the best choice.

Can Mod Podge be used as waterproof?

In other words, Mod Podge is not waterproof. If you want your project to be truly waterproof, you’ll need to use an additional sealer, which may only require a few drops of water. Varnish, liquid epoxy, or an enamel sealer may be appropriate for your project.

Is Mod Podge heat safe?

Yes, Mod Podge can withstand a certain amount of heat. It can withstand moderate heat, such as the temperature of a coffee mug. Using Mod Podge on something that is regularly exposed to high heat will shorten its shelf life considerably. Mod Podge, on the other hand, is not oven-safe.
