We thought it would be interesting to try baking bread with both distillers’ and brewers’ yeast. As far as yeasts go, we went with Red Star Dry Active Distillers “DADY” and Safale S-04. Now, I’m overflowing with fresh loaves of bread. I’m not sure if I’m very good at it.
