How old do raccoons have to be to survive on their own?

They will be able to stand on their own between the ages of 4 and 6 weeks. When they are 2 to 3 months old, the mother begins weaning her young, and they leave the nest to begin hunting for food with their mother’s help.

Can a baby raccoon survive without its mother?
