How long does it take to wash a car?

It usually takes us around two hours to do our weekly wash. We start by scrubbing with a brush and spraying water on the car. Then we use soap, followed by rinsing the soap off with the hose. After this is done, we dry it off using sponges and microfiber towels. Finally, we use a leaf blower to blow off the excess water.

When we started washing the car, we didn’t know what products to use or what tools to use them with. We skimmed the internet for articles and watched videos of other people washing cars.
We also asked our friends who had experience in this for advice on how to get it done faster, but they gave us different answers. Even the car enthusiasts at the car shows told us that their methods were different than ours.
Before we started washing the car, we washed it once a year with a hose and bucket, but this took too long. We didn’t have enough time to wash our cars as often as we would like to. Currently, our favorite product is Meguiar’s Hyper Wash because it cleans the car really well without drying out the sponge.
The most useful tool for us is a power washer. It makes the process go by really fast and even cuts it down to about an hour! We usually use 3-4 gallons of water when we’re washing the car, but after using a power washer, we can do it in just a gallon because the water pressure shoots up.
So it can take up to two hours to wash a car. I don’t know about you but it shouldn’t take longer than this.
