Can you die from too much butter?
There is no increased risk of death or disease from eating butter, but there is a risk from eating margarine, according to new research.

A 2,000-calorie diet, for example, would contain about 22 grams of saturated fat, the equivalent of about 3 tablespoons (42 grams) of butter per day ( 1 ).
