Silky Terrier Dog Breed Playing Aro... Silky Terrier Dog Breed Playing AroundNote: Do not attempt to remove the drive belt after using it in reverse gear. The snowmobile should stop after moving forward to prevent component damage during belt removal.
1. Make sure the vehicle is on a flat, level surface.
2. Loosen the rubber band and twist the two latches to remove the left side panel. Pull out the side panel and lift it up to remove it.
3. If necessary, manually rotate the driven clutch 1/4 turn to loosen the rear.
4. Adjust the parking brake.
5. Notice the direction of the revolution of the drive belt. The belt should be installed in the same direction as it will be reused.
6. Insert the toolset clutch spreader into the hole in the powered clutch. Turn clockwise to pull out the clutch.
Note: If the instrument does not rotate easily, turn the driven clutch further 1/4 turn counterclockwise, and try for one more time.
7. Carefully pull the drive clutch belt out of the drive clutch.
8. Inspect the tires for streaks, hourglasses, loose strings, missing teeth, scratches, burns, and damage, and replace if necessary.
9. Thoroughly clean the area around the coupler.
WARNING: Failure to remove all debris during belt replacement can result in vehicle damage, loss of control, serious injury, or death.
10. When changing tires, wash the tires with warm soapy water and make sure the tire part numbers are facing outwards when installing the tires.
11. Put the belt on the drive clutch and start running with the drive pulley.
12. Tighten the belt while removing the spreader from the clutch to make it easier to hold the belt.
13. Remove the spreader tool completely from the clutch and put it back in the toolset.
14. Reinstall the side panels by inserting tabs at the bottom and top. Tighten the rubber band and tighten the two latches.
