Take off the jet pack cover by removing the rubber balls and sockets that are attached to the back of the jet pack. Next, remove the battery cover with a tiny Philips screwdriver to reveal two AA batteries concealed within. Remove the back cover by unscrewing all three screws until it comes off. Reinstall the two or three AA batteries with fresh ones.
