How to program my Lexus garage door opener?

Now that you know how to program your garage door opener, you can do it yourself without having to call a technician. This is a handy skill to have in case of any emergencies or problems with your garage door opener.
If you have a Lexus garage door opener, there are a few extra steps you will need to take to program it. First, make sure you have the latest version of the Lexus Remote App installed on your smartphone. Then, open the app and select Garage Doors from the main menu.
Next, tap the Add Garage Door button and enter the following information: Name – Give your garage door a name that will help you remember which one is which (e.g., “Garage A” or “Home Garage”).
Device Name – Your Lexus remote will display this name when it is scanning for garage doors.
Location – Select your location from the list of options.
Once you have entered all the information, tap the Add button and your garage door will be added to the list. To open it, select it from the list and press the blue Open button.

In addition to the Remote App, there are a few other ways to program your Lexus garage door opener:
Option 1: Manual Programming
If you do not have a smartphone, or if you prefer to use the manual programming method, you can still program your garage door opener. First, make sure the opener is in learning mode by pressing and holding the learn button on the motor unit for three seconds.
Next, press and hold the same button on the remote control you want to use. The indicator light will start flashing and after a few seconds, it will stay on solid. This means the remote has been programmed successfully.
Option 2: Keychain Remote Programming
If you have a keychain remote, you can also program it to work
If your garage door is not listed in the Remote App, you can pick up a CLTK-G03 Transmitter at any Lexus dealership.
Turn on your car’s hazard lights and press either of the two buttons on your transmitter for five seconds to enter programming mode. Then, press the button for the door you want to program. Once it’s programmed, turn off your hazards and remove the key from your ignition.
