Consider having a discussion with your spouse in which you are the only one who speaks. When you ask your spouse a question, they offer you evasive replies, indicating that they are uninterested in conversing with you. It’s as if you’re speaking to a brick wall!
You may even realize that your spouse is oblivious to what you’re saying since they’re engrossed in their phone, messaging, or scrolling through social media. It may make you feel as though they’re always putting other things ahead of you.
You must constantly devote some portion of your day to your spouse, no matter how busy you are. Spending quality time with love partners is one of the building elements of a relationship that helps to maintain passion, intimacy, and a deep connection.
When your time together becomes lower on their priority list, it’s a warning sign that they’re losing interest in the relationship. It’s almost as if they’ve emotionally checked out and are waiting for the perfect opportunity to let you know they’re ready to go on.
