For the first 48 hours following an appointment for professional teeth whitening is recommended to avoid eating foods with acidic coloring as well as drinks and stick to items that aren’t likely to cause discoloration. It’s also known as “the “White Diet,” a short-term dietary regimen that includes light and white-colored food items and drinks.

These are the foods that you can eat after bleaching your teeth. Like the name implies, they are mostly white-colored food items that are low in acidity and free of the chemical pigments and substances which can cause stains.
