Cockroaches can sleep in any location, but they prefer dark, tight spaces. They live in dark, damp environments and retreat to their shelters during the day. Cockroaches can be found sleeping under furniture, behind cabinets or cupboards, inside wall cracks, near rotting organic matter, in the garbage, near leaking pipes, and so on.

In a room, how do cockroaches sleep?

Use bait traps to lure cockroaches to a poisoned food source if you’re sleeping in a room with them. Cockroaches will be kept in check with sticky traps and mechanical traps. Do not leave food or water on your bedside table, and sprinkle boric acid around your bedposts.
