Niagara Bottling, LLC is a family-owned producer of bottles of drinking water as well as soft drinks that are based at Diamond Bar, California. They make private-label water bottles for Walmart (Great Value), Safeway Inc. (Signature Choose), and Costco, among other companies (Kirkland Signature). They run a variety of bottling factories in their home in the United States and Mexico.

In 2017, Niagara was the largest bottler of private label waters in North America. Andrew Peykoff Sr. created it in 1963 in Irvine, California, and Andy Peykoff II is the current CEO. Niagara started producing private label water bottles in the early 1990s, and since then has gone nationwide.

The private label customers include major box stores as well as grocery stores and convenience stores like Walmart as well as Costco. In 2017 Niagara purchased the bottling unit that was part of Pennsylvania founded First Quality Water & Beverage. The bottling plant, however, kept the distribution network and private bottling contracts for private labels.

Niagara is a 400,000 square foot bottling plant located in Bloomfield, Connecticut. The plant receives water from the Metropolitan District Commission and has been the subject of public opposition and protest because of the secrecy in which the deal was negotiated and a belief the water trust is something that belongs to all of us and should not be sold without consultation with the public.

Niagara has an area of 450,000 square feet for its bottling facility in Mesa, Arizona. The plant has access to up to 40 million gallons of water per year. The plant is able to draw drinking water from Central Arizona Project, Salt River Project as well as nearby groundwater.
