If you are friends with your ex on social media, then that is most likely how your girlfriend is able to know or see things about your ex. What you can do is to completely cut your ex off in every way shape or form. You shouldn’t be texting or calling your ex. The relationship is not over so there’s no reason for you to be in contact with her.
