If her conduct isn’t putting others or herself at risk, she should be at peace. Do not force the situation. If the auditory hallucinations may be the result of psychosis, you must know that psychosis best responds to peaceful, calm, and non-confrontation. Don’t try to argue with her or persuade her away from the belief that she has in her perceptions.
If your sister is hearing voices, there are two possible explanations one of them is that she’s suffering from a mental illness and must be examined by a doctor as soon as possible or she’s suffering from evil spirits and must be examined by the priest (only after she’s had cleared by a physician).
Whatever the case the fact that you tell her it’s not true is not effective, and will only likely cause her depression and anxiety. GET OUT OF it!
