The thing is, it’s usually too much of a hassle to purchase one. Let’s say you’re wondering if Desert Eagles are legal in the U.S.

Desert Eagles are legal in the U.S. on a federal level, but you’ll need to be cautious of state laws before deciding to purchase one.

Desert Eagles are legal on a federal level, but you’ll need to be cautious of state laws before deciding to purchase one.

In general, most states allow the ownership of desert eagles if registered and in compliance with federal laws.

However, some states have restrictions on what you can own. For example, California only allows residents who own a gun store or other firearms business licensed by the state to possess Desert Eagles.

To determine your state’s laws regarding Desert Eagles, visit the National Rifle Association (NRA). On this site, you can find information about gun control legislation across all 50 states and how it relates specifically to Desert Eagles.

Okay, so I have a couple of things to say about this. First, A Desert Eagle is not a gun you can carry around for self-defense. It’s large and heavy, and ammunition for it is relatively expensive. Second, there are myriad restrictions on taking any gun in public, even if it were all legal and registered, etc., you couldn’t just walk around with it chambered and ready to fire anyway.

Conclusion

Desert Eagles are a fun, exciting gun to own. They aren’t the best choice for combat or hunting, but they’re great to use in the range or as a collectible item.

Just keep in mind that you need to be careful of state laws before purchasing one!
