Keeping the cage covered at night will keep the birds warm and comfortable. Keeping birds warm at night can be as simple as providing them with a cozy place to rest their heads. To avoid disturbing the bird’s sleep cycle, heat lamps and infrared bulbs can be used. For the safety of your bird, only use a heat lamp that is specifically designed for avian use.

How do you sterilize bird perches?

Cleaning the perches with a handheld steamer is even easier. It will kill bacteria and reach hard-to-reach areas, and the best part is that you don’t have to remove the perches from the cage to clean them.
