Can God Hear Silent Prayers?
Ethan Hayes
Yes, God can hear silent prayers. It is quite common for people to think that they have to pray out loud for God to hear them. However, that’s not true at all. Even if you are praying quietly or within yourself, God will still hear your prayers.

Silky Terrier Dog Breed Playing AroundI see people all the time praying out loud publicly because they think that they need to do that in order for God to answer their prayers. If they don’t pray verbally, they think that they won’t get the answer from God that they are looking for. However, there isn’t anything in the Bible to support this kind of thinking.
When we consider the fact that God can hear our thoughts and also know what we’re thinking, then it’s not out of the question for him to be able to answer silent prayers.
You can say a prayer to God without even opening up your mouth. The creator is able to see our thoughts and our deepest desires periods. Based on this, it is easy for him to still answer our prayer requests even when they aren’t being expressed loudly.
Prayer is something that is personal between you and God. No one should tell you exactly how to pray or even when you should pray. In fact, you can pray in your own way. As long as you are getting your point across off to God and telling him what you need, then there shouldn’t be a problem.
The truth is that you can pray whenever and wherever you want to pray. No one has to be all up in your prayer or know what you’re praying about. That can be between you and God. You should pray in whichever way is comfortable to you. You can pray at home or even when you are at work or out and about. You don’t have to open your mouth to pray to God all the time. You can pray to him without saying a single word.
