To be on the safe side, it’s best to limit the amount of cheese that parrots consume. Cheese isn’t poisonous to birds, but it’s also not good for them. When a parrot eats too much cheese, it may experience nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and other digestive problems.
Is cheese OK for birds to eat?
Birds will readily consume stale, hard chunks of cheese. Soft cheeses, such as cream cheese, are not recommended for use in this recipe. Birds should never be fed moldy or rancid cheese at any time.

Pizza is safe for parrots to eat in moderation, but not in large amounts. Getting them a pizza that doesn’t contain dairy is preferable, but standard pizza isn’t too much of a problem for them.
