Step 1:

If you’re rebuilding your phone without replacement glue, be sure to keep it away from any liquids.

The glue on the back cover will be softer as a result.

Step 2:

Use a gap pick to fill in the opening.

The rear glass can be cracked if you use too much force or pry with metal devices.

Step 3:

To remove the back cover glue, slide your opening pick along the left edge of the phone.

Leaving the pick in will help prevent the newly separated adhesive from adhering back together.

Step 4:

Continue slicing glue from the bottom of the phone up to the back of the phone.

The rear cover should be reheated to prevent the adhesive from setting up.

2.The use of tweezers might help you extract totally loosened tough screws.

Spudger the battery connector straight up.

Step 7:

A good amount of glue has been used to secure the battery.

Under each battery corner, place a drop of isopropyl alcohol to help soften the glue.

Step 8:

Attach the battery’s outer edge with an opening pick or a plastic card.

Apply even pressure to the battery as it is levered up and out of the phone.

Step 9:

Change the battery, if necessary.

A safety concern exists if a removed battery is re-used. The battery has to be replaced.
