Our juice cleanse customers often ask us, “Can I drink coffee while on the cleanse?” The short answer is no—you should take a break from coffee for a while. During a juice cleanse, it’s recommended to avoid coffee, but it’s also recommended to reduce your caffeine intake before and after the cleanse.

Can I drink coffee on a 3 day cleanse?
