Because it isn’t an oven and doesn’t have a baking function, the Thermomix® still makes it simple to prepare a wide range of doughs that can be baked in your home oven later.

How do you knead dough in the Thermomix?

The kneading function is represented by the wheat symbol. Your bread dough will be made with this ingredient. After reading that, the TM5 can be put into dough mode by dialing the wheat symbol in a square. It will start kneading after you turn the speed dial a little bit.

How do I activate yeast Thermomix?

By heating water in your Thermomix to 37°C for two minutes, you can help achieve the ideal activation temperature for your yeast. It’s important to check that your yeast is still alive and well. No, the TM6 is not meant to be used for deep-frying or making popcorn. For safety reasons, we only allow the TM6 to reach a maximum temperature of 160°C/320°F when using the Guided Cooking feature.
