Can you increase the fan speed on a furnace?

Loosen the setscrew a tad when ramping up the blower’s speed. The pulley is attached to the furnace’s driveshaft with this part. On the shaft, turn the pulley one clockwise rotation. Do two rotations if you want even more speed.

How can I increase the speed of my blower fan?

A small adjustment to the pulley on the blower’s drive motor will allow you to alter the blower’s speed. Increase the blower’s speed by loosening the pulley’s setscrew from the driveshaft. Tighten the setscrew after turning the pulley clockwise on the shaft.

Should I leave furnace fan on all the time?

Newer models of furnaces have built-in fans that are designed to run at all times, as was previously mentioned. Allowing the fan to run continuously may help extend the life of your heating equipment if it was installed correctly by a professional and has properly sized ductwork.

Why is there barely any air coming out of vents?
