It is entirely up to you which you prefer to wear, however, skydiving may be done with either glasses or contacts. The following is how it works:

If you decide to skydive with contacts, make sure the goggles are snug enough to prevent air from moving through them. Make sure your instructor is aware that you use contacts so that he can make the appropriate fit changes.
WHAT IS LASIK EYE SURGERY AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
