During the carbon crust healing process, we recommend that you do not use makeup. A new container of mineral makeup would be best if you have to wear makeup. Protect the treatment area by covering it with sunscreen before you leave. You can use a large hat, sunglasses or an umbrella. After the carbon crusts have melted, sunscreen cannot be used.
This is normal and should disappear in three days. You may experience a slight reddening sensation for up to 14 days.
