Does Citadel paint expire?
Despite being nearly twenty years old, my Citadel paints are in excellent condition. Keep them moist, and they’ll last a lifetime.

A tiny amount of water, a tiny weeny bit, must be added to the mixture before it can be stirred thoroughly. Then shake for ten minutes and stir. Until it’s completely dissolved, shake it every day if it’s too dry.
