Can you refinish floors without moving furniture?

Existing hardwood floors can be sanded and refinished before you move into your new home, saving you time and money. While the process is taking place, you don’t have to relocate your furniture or your pets, and you don’t have to come back and smell the stench of stain and polyurethane.
