It is not uncommon for pets to experience vomiting, which is why owners bring their animals to the veterinarian on a regular basis. Snakes (and, to a lesser extent, lizards) frequently vomit and regurgitate, which are close relatives.
What happens if a snake throws up?
When your pet vomits blood, it’s a sign of a serious illness that needs to be attended to by your veterinarian. It is the most common form and the only one associated with problems in the care of a calf. As soon as the snake tries to or has swallowed its food, regurgitation occurs.
