Some people report saying that they get worse before they get better. However, this varies from one person to the other. So far, I haven’t noticed any effects of this. My acupuncture treatments get better before they get worse.

There are many things that can come into play in this case. People with chronic conditions sometimes need more than one treatment to get better. Some people may be allergic to specific objects or ingredients in the food they eat.

I’ve not experienced any side effects associated with acupuncture treatment. I was slightly dizzy once after an acupuncture session, but it wasn’t painful and lasted for only a few seconds before disappearing completely.

The dizziness was caused by the pressure applied to my head during the treatment. I had to lie down for an hour after my session due to pain in my face, which may sound strange for acupuncture treatments, but it’s pretty normal. Even though every needle is carefully put into place using an extremely thin needle that is not likely to hurt or cause discomfort, you can still feel pain afterward… if you don’t know what happens with an acupuncture session before getting one. It is also possible to have allergic reactions resulting in swelling and itching around the puncture point, so be sure you ask your therapist about their methods beforehand.

There is no specific period of time where people feel worse before they start feeling better with acupuncture sessions. The length of time needed to get better after each session differs from one person to the other. Although it can be painful and uncomfortable during an acupuncture session, most people feel much better afterward, with a few saying they feel like lying down for a while before getting back on their feet.

This is just my opinion based on my experience so far. I hope you find this article useful. If you have any questions or comments about what I said in this article, please leave them below. Thanks for reading!
