How long after a snake sheds can you feed it?

Writer Andrew Davis

You should keep food in an enclosure for no more than 12 hours at a time. If you leave food out for a snake, it will usually eat within an hour of finding it. If your snake refuses to eat during its shed, try again the following day, but be careful not to overdo it.
