You shouldn’t leave your tortoise alone for too long at all. 2-3 days is the longest you should leave your tortoise alone. You never know what can go wrong. It can flip over and get stuck and there wouldn’t be anyone there to help it. Even though a tortoise can be alone, they shouldn’t be left alone for too long.  A tortoise can easily get attached to its owner and is used to a certain amount of love, affection, and care. Be sure to take care of your tortoise and ensure that its properly fed and cared for.

Can you leave a turtle alone for a week?

There are many things that can go wrong when the tank is left unattended. It’s not a good option to leave your tortoise with no food for weeks. Particularly, if it’s used to it, especially when it’s developing and still young.
