In certain situations, such as in the event of severe weather or when there’s not enough space to fit my entire car inside (i.e. parking in an apartment lot), I may need to take additional steps and take longer getting everything set up prior to starting work, such as unloading things from trunks to the floor outside my vehicle.
It all depends on how long you have, the type of vehicle you’re changing the tires for, as well as the quality of your tools. If I’m working all alone, as opposed to working with a partner, my usual time is about 20-30 minutes.

I would suggest that after 30 minutes of not being observed by anyone else, being towed may be needed since there are so many uncertainties in emergencies on the road. It could take longer than 30 minutes based on the speed of traffic in the evening when accidents tend to occur more frequently.
