Check to see that no lithium-ion or nickel-cadmium batteries are in use. Pressing and holding the Program key for 6 seconds, then pressing and holding button A for five seconds if you’re changing the battery because you’ve received a low-battery alert. Replace that battery pack with a new one. After that, the lock will be reset.
