1. Key Fob Battery
- Here’s the FOB of my Jeep. It finally decided to stop. The vehicle’s functionality decreased in the past couple of weeks, and it required numerous unsuccessful attempts at unlocking the vehicle, etc.
- The lock hatch is located from the right side.
- Take the key off by moving it
- The two halves of the FOB has to be split are evidently apparent

- Move the machine along the divided line, using an occasional sideways pressure

- The bottom of the FOB is home to the coin battery CR2032
- The battery can be removed by pulling it from the holder and then gently pushing it against spring contacts.
- Replace the battery according to the polarity, with the positive side facing the FOB’s body.

To replace the battery follow these steps:
- It is recommended to use that switch located on your key fob in order to unwind the key fob’s metal ignition.
- Remove the key fob made of steel from the fob of the key and put it in a safe location
- Inject your blade from the small screwdriver into the area where the key of the metal was.
- Take care not to twist or pull at the plastic too hard so that you don’t damage the plastic.
- When you have revealed the circuit board in green, gently pull out the battery that was in there using your fingernail, or the screwdriver.
- Insert the new CR2032 batteries in a positive orientation, facing downwards in the cover on the rear.
