How to change language in access
Robert King
You can choose between adding a display language as well as a writing language. Display language is the language Office uses for its user interface (UI) that includes the ribbon and buttons, dialog boxes, etc. Vertical, right-to-left, and mixed-text are all affected because of the authoring language’s influence on the layout and text orientation. The tools for proofreading, such as dictionaries for grammar and spelling checking, are found in authoring languages and programming languages. (The preferred writing language is listed in bold letters at the beginning of the listing.)
