Step 1:

Utilize your finger to get through the notch on the phone’s bottom and then remove the cover on the back.

Step 2:

Utilize a heating gun, or even an iOpener for an instrument for heating. If you are reassembling the phone utilize the iOpener/heat gun to assist in transferring the adhesive onto the brand new display. Warm the edges of the screen and press the screen and then hold the screen in the position until it’s secure.

Step 3:

As the adhesive starts to break down as it dries, pull the part of the screen using an opening tool made of plastic and an opening tool. A suction cup could be helpful in this situation. Utilize an opening pick to keep the edge and repeat the process over the entire screen. Apply more heat as required.

Step 4:

Utilize a plastic tool to turn and lock the Display Cable ZIF connector. Take the display cable out of its socket to the motherboard.

If you are installing the new display, be sure to remove any remaining adhesive from the handset, and scrub the adhesive areas using isopropyl alcohol (90 percent or greater) or a non-lint, soft cloth. Install the display using the pre-cut adhesive or a durable double-sided tape like Tesa 61395. Connect your mobile and test the repair before applying the display.

Step 5:

Take off the 10 2.4 millimeter T4 screws on the side of your motherboard. Take out the four 4.5 millimeter T4 screws from both sides on the motherboard.

Step 6:

If the adhesive residue holds the motherboard. Use the Jimmy to cut through the glue between the front of your phone and its motherboard. Take the edge on the right side of the motherboard from the phone.

Step 7:

Use a tool made of plastic to remove the battery’s wires and the motherboard.

Step 8:

Use a spudger for a gentle remove your battery connector from underneath the bridge.

Step 9:

Remove the battery from the casing with a spatula.
