• Take an old battery and throw it.

• Replace with the new one. The replacement battery should be similar to the old one in terms of performance.

• Take everything away & put everything back. As is usually the case, reassembly is the polar opposite of disassembly. • Too while you’re at, replace the rotating brush as well. • You’re finished!

A hard-to-revive battery may benefit from a factory reset. To reset your Roomba, just follow these steps: To turn on the robot, press your Clean button on the remote control.

But don’t worry, since, in this tutorial, you will discover the tell-tale indications that it is time to change your Roomba’s battery as well as the proper procedure for doing so.

You should be aware that if you find that perhaps the cleaning cycles of our Roomba are becoming less efficient, it is likely that your battery is starting to show symptoms of wear. The Roomba has a method for recharging their batteries that is compatible with our compatible batteries, which is what we recommend.

By clicking the “Clean” button on your Roomba, you can get it to start cleaning. Continue to hold down the buttons “Spot” & “Dock” that are located above and below the button “Clean” for a total of ten seconds. When you release both buttons at the very same time, you will experience the familiar sound of the Roomba starting up for the first time.
