How to connect Bluetooth to bmw 5 series
Ethan Hayes
There are a few different ways that you can connect Bluetooth to your BMW 5 series. The first way is to use the built-in Bluetooth system in your car. To do this, you will need to have a Bluetooth-enabled device, such as a phone or laptop. Once you have paired your device with the car, you will be able to make and receive calls, and listen to music, directly from your car’s speakers.

This is a small device that plugs into your car’s audio system and allows you to pair your Bluetooth-enabled device with the car. This is a great option if your car doesn’t have built-in Bluetooth, or if you want to use a different type of Bluetooth device, such as a speakerphone.
The third way to connect Bluetooth to your BMW 5 series is to use an FM transmitter. This is a small device that plugs into your car’s cigarette lighter and broadcasts music from your Bluetooth-enabled device over the FM radiofrequency. This is a great option if you want to listen to music from your phone or laptop while you’re driving, but don’t want to use a Bluetooth device.
If you match the system in your BMW 5 series with a compatible Bluetooth phone, you can make and receive calls through your car speakers. But to be able to do this you must pair your phone with the system first. Here’s how:
Start by putting your key into the ignition and turning it to position II. If you are trying to connect an iPhone, press “Audio” on the steering wheel before continuing.
This might not be necessary for other devices but is required for some types of Android phones. Turn on your Bluetooth device and enable wireless pairing mode. On your car screen, there should now be an option that reads “Setup Device”. Select this option then follow the on-screen instructions. If everything goes smoothly, you will see a message that reads “Device Connected”. You can now make and receive calls as well as play music from your phone through your car’s speakers.
