Huntsman spiders have flattened bodies so they squeeze under the rocks and the bark of trees where they live. As they flattened squeeze bodies they also entered the houses through closed doors. These spiders hide in the houses and look for their prey. These spiders are scary and eight-legged creatures and easily grab their prey and hunt them.

Methods to get rid of huntsman spiders

Huntsman spiders are nomadic spiders with no fixed hiding place they start to move from one place to another place for their meal. It is difficult to get rid of them with pest treatment.

It is necessary to keep your home and garden clean so they can’t find any place to hide. You can also catch the huntsman spider when you find or see the spider on a flat surface gently place a cup or bowl over it and then slide the card or paper between the cup as well as the surface. Next, you should take the spider outside, a good distance away from your home, and leave the spider there. Don’t squash the spider as this may cause the egg sack to tear and release its contents and hundreds of spiders can grow again and you surely don’t want that.

The other method is to remove the spider webs from the house and garden with the help of a vacuum cleaner or cleaning net. Use any pest control spray every day to keep them away from the house because pest control spray is accessible and easy to use.
