How to make BMW 328i faster?
Robert King
There are a few things that you can do in order to make your BMW 328i faster. Some of these things are simple, such as changing the air filter, while others are more complex, such as modifying the engine.
The first thing that you can do is change the air filter. This is a very simple and inexpensive modification that you can do right at home. All you really need to do is pop open the hood and remove the factory air filter with a wrench. Once it has been removed, simply put the new aftermarket one back into its place. This modification will only take about three minutes of your time but it will make your engine breathe much better which means that it can produce more power.
Another simple modification that you can do is to change the spark plugs. This is also something that can be done at home in just a few minutes. All you need to do is remove the old plugs and replace them with new ones. Be sure to use the same type of plugs that came stock in your car.
To make more advanced changes to your BMW 328i, you will need to take it to a mechanic or someone who is an expert in cars. One example of this would be having the engine tuned. This means that instead of having pre-set parameters for timing on fuel injection, the new ones are tailored towards the driver’s style and preferences. This tuning will allow the engine to run much more efficiently and produce more power. Another thing that you can have done is a turbo install. This means that instead of your car’s exhaust is forced out through a normal tailpipe, it is forced through a smaller tube to a turbine that powers an impeller which creates pressurized air which causes the engine to run more efficiently. This modification can be very expensive, but the end result is a much faster car.
