How to open bmw windows with remote?

There may come a time when you need to open your BMW’s windows using the remote, but the windows are not opening. There are a few things you can check to try to fix the problem.
First, make sure that the battery in the remote is still good. If it is not, replace the battery. Next, check to see if there is anything blocking the window from opening. If there is something blocking it, remove whatever is blocking it and try again. Finally, check the window motor to see if it is working properly. If it is not working properly, you will need to replace it.
If you have checked all of these things and the windows are still not opening, then you may need to take the remote apart and check the micro-switch. Sometimes this can get jammed and not allow the window to roll up. Replace it if that is the problem.
In addition, you should also check the window tracks to make sure they are not dirty or damaged. If they are, clean them and/or replace them as needed. Hopefully one of these solutions will fix the problem and you will be able to open your BMW’s windows using the remote again.
Can I roll down my windows with my key fob?
Yes, you can roll down your windows with the key fob on some models. To do this:
1. Unlock and open the door using your key fob
2. Once the door is opened and unlocked , close the passenger and/or driver’s window halfway by holding down whichever window switch you would like to lower (most passengers will use their window switch)
3. While holding down your window switch, press the lock button on your key fob three times within ten seconds (your windows should begin to lower). Do not hold it too long or they will stop mid-roll! Continue pressing the unlock button of the key fob while also pressing a new button on the front face of it (the smaller of two buttons on the key fob) until all windows have been opened.
4. Verify that all of your windows have been rolled down by pressing your window switch up or down as needed. The window symbol on each side of the base of the driver’s door must be lit in order for it to work properly.
