If you can see the symbol of the + sign inside the status bar on Samsung J7, then this is a new function that is available to the Android operating system. It’s the so-called “data saving”. This feature is built into the J7 interface in Android Nougat and will help users save money data on the mobile network.

If the function is enabled the plus symbol appears within the Status Bar on Samsung J7. We will demonstrate how to eliminate this plus sign from the status bar of your Samsung J7 or disable the data saving feature. To get it started, just follow the instructions listed below:

Step 1.

Go to the settings under the app’s menu.

Step 2.

Click “Connections” and continue to “Data Usage”.

Step 3.

There is a “Data Saver” – Select the option, then turn off the option using the controller master. The plus symbol that appears in circles is gone from the bar on the Samsung J7.
