Continue the soaking and scrubbing process till the stains are entirely gone. Scrub the toilet seat and other areas of the toilet with the brush now. When you’re through scrubbing, flush 2 to 3 times. The toilet seat should be rinsed and dried using a cloth. Gently reconnect the toilet seat, and you’re finished.

Method 2: Vinegar
