There are a few ways that you can reset the service light on your BMW X5. One way is to use an OBDII scanner. Another way is to use the hidden menu in the car. The last way is to use a tool called the Bavarian Technic Tool.
The OBDII scanner is a small device that plugs into the diagnostic port under the dashboard. It can be used to read and reset fault codes, as well as perform a variety of other tasks. To reset the service light on your BMW X5 using an OBDII scanner, follow these steps:
1) Plug the scanner into the diagnostic port.
2) Turn on the ignition and wait for the scanner to connect.
3) Select the “Service” menu.
4) Select “Reset Service Indicator”.
5) Press the “OK” button.
The service light should now be reset.
If you don’t have an OBDII scanner, you can use the hidden menu in your BMW X5 to reset the service light. To do this, follow these steps:

You can also use the Bavarian Technic scanner to reset the service light on your BMW X5. To do this, follow these steps:
1) Plug the device into the OBDII diagnostic port under the dashboard.
2) Turn on the ignition and wait for the scanner to connect.
3) Use the arrow keys to select “Service”.
4) Select “Reset Service Indicator”.
5) Press the “OK” button.
