1. On the screen that displays your home from the home screen, tap Apps. Be aware that the Visual Voicemail application needs to be downloaded in order to work.

If you prefer to change the password of the voicemail account by calling the IVR service. From on the main screen click “Phone” > tap the Voicemail icon or hold and press that 1 key on the keyboard. Enter the password (if you are asked to enter it) from the voicemail main menu select the 4 key >2 key > 1 key >1 key.
