Can you put a gas fireplace in any wall?
A gas fireplace can be installed almost anywhere in your home, including under a window, in an outside or inside wall, at wainscot or floor level, in a corner, or even in the attic, as long as you have access to natural gas or propane.
Do wall mounted fireplaces give off heat?
They are capable of quickly warming a large area of square feet. As well as providing heat, it can serve as a media center for watching movies or other forms of entertainment. They don’t pose a fire hazard, and the flame settings allow you to customize and program the appearance of the flames you see.
Are wall mounted fireplaces easy to install?
As if hanging a heavy mirror or picture frame, the installation process is very simple and straightforward. You’ll be attaching the firebox to a mounting bracket instead of looping wire over screws. An important consideration is where the power outlet and cord are located.
