What To Do When Your Friend Never Texts You First?

Not sure what to do when your friend never texts you first? People differ from one another. They have diverse communication and behavior habits. There are several causes for this.

Silky Terrier Dog Breed Playing AroundOne reason may be that they are just too busy to think of you as a friend (I have been that friend many times) or that they simply do not consider you to be one (I know both sides of this fence). My recommendation is that you reduce the number of messages you send them.
It is critical to maintain connections and reach out, therefore chatting frequently is beneficial; but, not talking every day does not imply that the individual does not respect you or your friendship. However, you’ll be able to tell if the relationship is one-sided since there will be other indications, such as the ones your friend in the OP displays.
Because it is something that worries you, I would advise you to refrain from messaging him until you feel he makes an attempt. This is also an excellent way to see whether he is genuinely interested in speaking with you. It’s intriguing to see how he reacts.
If you stop messaging him and he is no longer the center of attention, he will notice! He won’t be having as much fun and will be perplexed as to why the good times have to come to an end. He’ll be itching to get back into the conversation and share his humor and knowledge.
You’re also referring to a mutual buddy. Make your voice heard. Say something along the lines of, “Hey, how come I always text first, what’s up with that?” the next time you “go to each other’s place.”
It’s human nature; we’re not all the same in every activity, and what we assume to be our situation, in reality, isn’t always the case, even among our friends.
