Make sure you’re in the Today tab and then select Exercise. Add an exercise by tapping the + icon/Log or Log Previous. Selecting Driving as an exercise is fine, as long as the duration of the drive extends beyond the time spent on the steps or floors that are being avoided. Add or log in using the appropriate buttons.
