If you want to be wide awake when you’re at church, then it’s important that you get enough sleep the night before church. Oftentimes, people go to bed whenever they feel like it, which then results in them being tired the next day at church. If you’re at church and you keep yawning, then it’s very likely that you are tired and that you did not get enough sleep the night before. With that being said, you need to make sure that you go to bed early when you know that you’re going to have church the next day. If not, you can certainly expect to be tired.
Hungry
Another potential reason why you yawn at church could be that you are hungry. That’s why if you go to church without having breakfast, then it’s likely that you could end up feeling tired or yawning a lot. Keep in mind that you need some kind of energy in your body to keep you going or to help you stay awake. If you notice that you yawn at church, then that’s definitely a reason why you should eat before you attend church services.
Bored
Sometimes people will find church to be quite boring to the point where they don’t pay attention or can’t wait to get home. If that’s the case, then you need to be more alert and awake so that you don’t get bored or yawn while you’re at church. Sometimes you just have to focus and pay attention to what’s going on in the service. It would also be a good idea to have some kind of candy or something sweet to eat while you’re at church. This could potentially stop you from yawning as much as you do.
Lack Of Oxygen
It is also said that a lack of oxygen could cause you to yawn a lot more than usual. This goes hand in hand with the way you breathe and also how you intake oxygen. So, you should ensure that you are sitting in a good position and that you are breathing correctly and taking in enough oxygen.
