There are a number of reasons why everyone in a warzone might be muffled. You may have accidentally muted your friend or changed a communication option in the game’s audio settings. It’s also conceivable that you’ve had your cross-platform chat turned off. Otherwise, the mute fault could be triggered by a glitch in the game’s software. To figure out why everyone is muted, you’ll have to conduct some troubleshooting.

With any chance, following procedures will help you determine whether you accidentally muted everyone or if you’re dealing with a mute malfunction. If everyone in your Modern Warfare game is muted, the first step to solving the problem is to unmute them. . Highlighting players and using the X button on PS4 or the A button on Xbox One will accomplish this in the lobby screen. All you have to do on a PC is click their name. Select the Toggle Mute option from the menu that opens. If you’re in the middle of a match, go to the roster screen, highlight a player, and then hit X or A to unmute them.

In Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, you can mute an entire lobby. This is done on consoles by pressing the right analog stick in.
